Went in for intermittent misfire running rough idle while vehicle in motion. Your Service couldn't resolve problem after 4 days. Pick up my vehicle. Visited Pro Auto in Whittier. They immediately found problem of dirty fuel injectors. Problem solved and fixed.

The team should learn to greet all customers upon entering and to not just stare, it is rude and unwelcoming. Also the service advisors should really listen to the customers and not cut the customer short in conversation. Your team in the front house should also work on body language and eye movements as if a customer is disturbing them by asking sale questions makes me take my money elsewhere.

It says only yes or no - it did take a full hour just for the oil change. I didn't need the tire rotation. And though I had a $10 off discount from email the cost of just an oil change is much higher than all the range given on Google. Luckily for me Edwin the service provider computer wasn't working so when I went to pay cash I gave $100 but since he probably didn't have change he only took the $80.
