Overall, Edwin was very professional and attentive to my needs. I was just surprised that after waiting a long amount of time to get my car returned to me as it needed to receive the complimentary wash yet my car had mud splashes all over the front and passenger side of the car. Disappointing.

The service writer was very helpful and explained everything to me and keep me updated throughout the service call and had my QX50 washed for me. After picking up my Infiniti I noticed and Oder in the car, it smelled like smoke, but not sure. I called Cerritos Infiniti and tried to reach the service manager, but could not get connected through your phone system. The smell in my Infiniti continues and I hate to drive my QX50 because of this lingering smell. A few days later I called and asked for the sales manager. I left a message with the person who answered the phone in the sales department gave my name, phone number and that I had purchased 5 Infiniti’s from this dealership.
