Appointment was scheduled (8:45 am) one week in advance for a simple oil change and check air pressure on front left tire. This was the most annoying experience with auto care service. I did not receive my car until 11:30 am with oil finger prints on hood and door handles. Although Jason wiped it off, mechanic should wear gloves to protect customers white vehicle. And lastly, my psi tires read 40 psi on each tire which exceeds the manufacture requirement.. this is ridiculous and unsafe.. I am never coming back to Norm Reeves Infiniti again.

I had an appointment at 9:15am to check one tire. I arrived at 9:10am. Arcee told me it will take 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Never came out to give me a status on my car. When we went to the counter to check, around 11:40am Arcee said they hadn’t even checked on it. He said to give them 20 minutes more. He called me at 11:57am and said my tire had a nail and couldn’t be patched that I need a new tire. It took them 3 hours to tell me that and I was waiting in the lobby. I would see other customers come in and sit in the lobby after me and left before me. Why where other customers being attended faster than me when I just had a tire to be check? I will never buy tires again from Infiniti maybe not even a car. I have bought 4 cars from Infiniti since 2006. Very disappointed with this service. I always deal with John and waiting this long has never happened. Arcee needs more training in my opinion.

Every interaction I had, starting with making the service appt, has been mediocre at best. Even the auto generated text messages are unprofessional. The service advisor couldn’t even put their name, all messages are signed “Your Alias”. I will not return to this location for service or for a vehicle purchase. I would rather be inconvenienced.
