I went in for an oil change. Eduardo had told me that my car was also due for transmission service. I told him that I had an appointment later in the afternoon, but if he could get it done within a short time that I would take the service. I ended up waiting in the waiting room for three hours. To make things worse, after I became frustrated, I went to the front to speak to Eduardo. He was nowhere to be found, but my car was parked out front. The service had been completed and nobody had for me. I do not know for how long it had been sitting there. I have always had good service at your business, but this time I feel that my time was not respected.

Every time I came in with my car in perfect condition then they till me they found a nail in tires , my last time yesterday I got the same problem and discovered that all the customers in the waiting area have also nails in their tires !!!! Plus the service assistant talked to me in unprofessional Un behaved way with a raised tone till his boss came back and solved it
Moreover sometimes I experienced getting to pay for services that’s not mandatory or should be done after more time or miles
Simple oil change took over 4 hours to be ready
I was about to buy a new Honda yesterday but I’ll go Toyota as they are more professional
