But very disappointed in Viviana, One of your other service reps that when Clayton was off on last Friday, he in-trusted her to let me know how the Service tech had found out anything about about my car. She sat on her laurels and never called to let me know. I had to call at noon four hours later to find out from Tony your other service rep What was going on with my car? So yes, Clayton and Benito were able to come up to the plate and help me get my car back on the road.

Your coffee machine poured a perfect cup.
Your courtesy van driver Chris was a delight to talk to. Thanks for the ride home.
Lastly, Tony was gone to lunch when I arrived, so his cubicle neighbor helped to finish the payment with me.

My wait was supposed to be 90 minutes. After 120 minutes, there was no update. I used the web system to message the team, but there was no response. After another few minutes, I went to the service area, where another representative found my invoice sitting on Viviana's empty desk. I felt like my time was not respected. I will not be returning to this service center.

Well, when I got there on time when Tony came out and we talked about the service
After I left the vehicle, he did a video around my vehicle to make sure I guess the condition it was in, which is fine
But the funny thing is when you deliver the vehicle to me the customer do not walk around or look at it at all so I guess you’re just there for your protection
