Clayton did a great job assessing the issue with the broken windshield part, and was able to determine which parts I needed to purchase in order for the Honda mechanics to make the repair. He even went so far as to locate the part number on the internet for me so that I could locate and purchase the part efficiently. He treated me with the upmost customer service, and was upfront with me about everything going on with the repair. He also responded to all of my text messages promptly. Again, Clayton was very kind, considerate, knowledgable, and a huge help! I was super thankful he was the one assisting me with my car’s service needs! I recommend giving him a raise!

I’m happy to do a survey about my service experience. The only reason I continue to have my car serviced at the dealership is because of the superior customer service that I receive from Benito Torres. This is my third HONDA but my second purchased at this dealership. Benito has been the main service manager for my last two Honda’s.
