Efficient. Better than other places I’ve tried for oil change. Personalized - John said my name throughout the transactions. My only concern was labor cost for filter change and brake fluid exchange, but I know labor is pricey now. Still expensive! Thanks for an overall, positive first visit!

He is attentive and listens to my concerns and needs and explains what services are needed, there’s no one else I would trust with my service of my car but Benito. Tony did a great job, but I am not satisfied with the service of Norms, I had to call triple AAA three times, got my car towed, had to Uber 3 times, paid q mechanic for the issue with q battery got from Norms, a year old, and I lost 2 days needed so bad to accomplish a lot with doctors appointments.
