Aunque todo esto es parte de su trabajo y lo tienen que hacer, la diferencia es como lo hacen y ella lo hizo muy bien y me sentí muy confortable y con mucha confianza.
Aunque hay otros autoservicio cerca de donde vivo, definitivamente prefiero ir con ustedes. Excelente servicio al cliente

Clayton was very friendly and welcoming. I stayed and waited for my car to be serviced and it was done pretty close to the time frame he quoted me on. Your waiting lounge is very nice and clean. The time went by fast.

Efficient. Better than other places I’ve tried for oil change. Personalized - John said my name throughout the transactions. My only concern was labor cost for filter change and brake fluid exchange, but I know labor is pricey now. Still expensive! Thanks for an overall, positive first visit!

Benito went beyond and above to help me with the service needed. He is attentive and listens to my concerns and needs and explains what services are needed, there’s no one else I would trust with my service of my car but Benito. I have been a customer since 2010 of Norms Reeves Honda HB and this will never change. Tony did a great job, but I am not satisfied with the service of Norms, I had to call triple AAA three times, got my car towed, had to Uber 3 times, paid q mechanic for the issue with q battery got from Norms, a year old, and I lost 2 days needed so bad to accomplish a lot with doctors appointments.
