Ms Yvette Rodriguez was simply an outstanding customer services person who had displayed an utmost professionalism when dealing with the dealership customers and needless to say, my visit to the dealership today was a very reassuring and pleasant experience. My new 2025 Honda Civic was being serviced for some minor recalled issues that happened to most new cars nowadays. I also had a chance to converse with Service Director Catherine Schlueter and it didn’t take me long to figure out why Norm Reeves excelled in its customer services. With Ms Yvette Rodriguez and Service Director Schlueter at Norm Reeves, I sincerely believe we as customers of the dealership are all in good hands and they both deserved an A+ in customer services, no ifs nor buts!

The link to the service page seems good, but I wanted to see the documents that were handed to me at pickup, and couldn't find them anywhere. I scanned them in for my files, but it seems that the system is built to have documents available but I couldn't find them. Otherwise the service was good and they even washed my car before returning it to me. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
