I’ve purchased three Honda accords from this dealership and they treat me the same as if I’ve never been a customer. Disrespectful, only caring about getting as much money out of me as possible. Nothing like it was 10 years ago. What a crappy dealership.

I’ve been having the same problem with my ridgeline namely the batteries Tony says it’s three batteries that you replaced. Nothing has never tried to find the problem until guess what, my warranty ran out by two weeks again .I brought my truck in with a dead battery which aaa tech. Told me the battery needed to be replaced it was bad. Fast forward after two days at the norm reeves service. After doing something like 25 different tests. Tony tells me that there is nothing wrong with the car that the battery is good. Because there is nothing wrong with vehicle, so there are no charges because there is nothing wrong with the vehicle. I don’t know what’s worse the vehicle or the service department at Norm Reeves Honda in Huntington Beach this vehicle has left me stranded at least 6 times! BBB I used to really like Honda
