Benito is a great service advisor, but the people servicing my car needs work on presentation. They left the inside of my car with my trashcan tipped over and my seat covers inverted. It is basic decency to put things back where they were when they are done. Not sure why they thought that was okay to leave a customer’s car that way.

Ivette was exceptional. She was able to address all my concerns. When I got my car back, she walked me over to Darin, who was interested in purchasing my car. I did end up selling it back to Honda. When I was leaving, she saw me, and came over to say goodbye. She made me feel like a member of the Honda family.
