I had a holiday special coupon for an oil change ($39)but they would not honor it since honda now puts a vin# on the ad which did not match (hrv). We have a 2004 pilot, 2007 civic, 2010 accord and 2016 hrv and i came to this location for this special which was farther than wrstminster. I ended up paying $59. They would not allow to use coupon which i wish i knew when i called in to check! I came on 12/24 and to top it off i got a facebook promo the next day for$49 at your location. Just frustrated about the whole thing and not happy with this location. I have had mixed results when coming to HB Honda so will thinl twice next time. Now side note, Tony was one of the nicer service reps thatI worked with.

did not appreciate the bait and switch with the battery pricing. was quoted 150 over the phone and then told at the counter that it was actually 250. loyal customer for several years and several vehicles...what's the point if you guys are not going to take care of me? viviana was fine, just the messenger of not great news i guess
