I called to ask if I could take my 2014 Acura Rdx in to run diagnostic tests and I confirmed with the scheduler multiple times so I wouldn’t have to waste my time. I schedule an appointment, show up on time and wait for an hour in the lounge when I am told my car cannot be diagnosed there because you don’t have access to the right software or whatever diagnostic tools and expertise is needed. I left feeling very disappointed that this was the case because I got a recommendation to this dealer’s service department from the Norm Reeves Honda in Irvine. I’m just very disappointed that I’ve wasted time due to the lack of fully knowledgeable staff. I hope all parties can learn from this, thank you.
