Had to wait 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation even though I had an appointment. This was not the service advisor‘s fault it was the mechanics fault for not taking the cars and servicing them in order. Very disappointing. Also found my tires to be overinflated when I got home. Had to adjust the tire air pressure on my own to get it to correct level.

Jason was a “Bookie” … he withheld information , that could have Helped a 73 year old man , in a desperate situation, with an 18 year old Honda Pilot, with 485,000 miles , while making $300.00 !! I paid for the information, asked for the information, let him know , I’ve been a Paying Customer, for the last 1/4 of a century…. Having leased, bought, and Serviced multiple cars , during that time ! He needs to … Stop the “I’ll Show You” , attitude, he doesn’t loose anymore, of Norms Loyal Customers !

Ivette was fantastic. As promised , she called me to assure me the correct auto parts were received prior to my appointment. The parts were on back order and she didnt want me to arrive at my appointment to then have to reschedule. I found her to be reliable, knowledgable and trustworthy. She ordered the correct part and the work got done within the timeframe she communicated.
I also received good customer service from people answering the phone when I have called.
