I called a month ago about a missing piece on my windshield. It and the four clips for it weren’t in stock, so they ordered it for me. When the parts came in, I made an appt to have it installed. When I showed up, I waited 20 to be helped, despite having an appt, and was told my car should be done within three hours. Three hours later, I miss a call from Honda, saying they have an update. I call back, but don’t get anyone to answer, so I left a message. This happened two more times thought out the day. They called and left a message about an update. I called back and got the voicemail Finally, I get a call at 4pm and am able to answer. Turns out that the shop doesn’t do the work. How did the person who ordered the parts and the service dept not know this?! I wasted an entire day without a car, for nothing. To top it all off, they could have just left that information on my voicemail, rather than calling with an update. Plus, the service desk wasn’t leaving their direct line or extension, so I kept having to call the main service line, which is never picked up. When I picked up my car, I informed the sales managers about my experience. They promised a follow up from the service department. It’s been two days and I haven’t heard anything. Definitely won’t be back.

Took car in for B1 service. Upon personal inspection realized tires were not rotated even though paperwork says they were. This is standard for every service, how could it be forgotten? Makes me wonder if everything else on the checklist was actually checked? Or were we the check boxes just checked off. Hesitant to bring it back for service again.

I was so impressed with John Le’s professionalism and the assistance he gave me. I was at work and was not able to be at the dealership in person. He took care of everything and I really appreciate the help. He was patient and understanding and got the job completed sooner than I had expected.
