I called the day before ask for a 3:00pm appointment the next day (a Saturday) they said no problem. At that moment I never worried, Honda takes care of me.

Lilly took care of me right away I text her and tell her that my lights were all flashing and if I can bring it in that day. I waited until they were able to evaluate what was wrong and she stayed on top of it. They need to order a part feel injection which is out of stock and she said she would follow up with me when the part comes in. Lilly stayed on top of it until I left and kept me updated as the day went on
