Benito Torres has been my advisor the last couple of times my car has been in for service. His customer service is exceptional, very professional and courteous. He explains everything throughly but also makes you feel that he cares about the customer being absolutely satisfied. I left him a voicemail and even that is exceptional. He returned my call promptly and answered all my questions. He is super helpful! Honda and their service department should be very happy to have Benito representing them.

I was misinformed that the part for the air conditioner was available to repair my air conditioner but wasn’t told that they did not had the part until after they had finish working on the car for something else.
Also, the tech that worked on my car kept moving an item that was in my backseat to the front seat. Normally, it wouldn’t matter but I’m not okay with my personal items being unnecessarily touched during a pandemic.

I’ve been taking all my cars to Benito since I could drive, he’s always provided me with the best service. This time was no exception. The only thing I need to add is that when I received my car back the brake hold button keeps getting caught on the side. Maybe it wasn’t placed back on properly or I don’t know.
