Having an appointment system seems a bit moot if the service providers still have no idea why your vehicle is there for, not to mention I also needed tires that day and it would have been helpful for some time of prompt to call or notify the dealership that I would need to have tires available at the time of my appointment instead of having to settle for what was currently available in stock. I would have happily scheduled my appointment to accommodate the tires I would like to have installed if prompted. Otherwise the service was good.
