Very unhappy experience. I used to be a very loyal Honda Odyssey owner since 2006 when I bought my first Odyssey. Unfortunately, I am a very unhappy Honda owner now due to the way of how an irresponsible general manager, Mr. Paul Conant mishandle and dishonor Honda’s manufacture warranty of my brand new 2018 Odyssey which was my second one. I bought this van on December 2017. I brought the van for a air-con noise problem on October 2020 with less than 20,000 miles. Unfortunately, Norm Reeves did not fix the problem. That noise was always there. Due to the pandemic, I just drive the van with the noise since this is only my pleasure van. Few months ago, I brought in for the same problem. They did not fix again. On 7-11-21 I brought in for the same problem. This time they finally fixed it but they did not honor the manufactory warranty. Since they knew I bought the 7 years extended warranty plan. They forced me to use the extended warranty plan and made me pay for the $50 deductible instead of honor the manufactory warranty. This van’s air-con noise started when it’s less than 2 year old with less than 20k miles. After brought in to Norm Reeves for few times with unsuccessful repairs. How can Honda not honor the manufactory warranty. I am very disappointed for this simple case being handled so poorly and upset a loyal customer like me. I hope I can receive a fair compensation shortly to reimburse back my $50 deductible payment or I am considering to share this poor experience with all the social medias. Thanks for your attention

There needs to be a more efficient way of checking in customers who have appointments. It didn’t matter that I had an appointment, I was just given a number with walk-in customers. HB should learn from the Buena Park Honda, who has 2 separate lines - one for walk-ins and one for appointments. I had to wait almost 30 minutes before I was helped out, even with an appointment time.

I was kept waiting in my car twenty minutes, yea, twenty minutes prior to my very nice service writer assisting in getting my car serviced. That is my ONLY complaint. He was nice, everyone was nice.
