Everywhere you go for a oil change, you get your tires rotated for free at Honda they wanted to charge me $39 for a tire rotation which is completely outrageous. Next time I will take my Honda to my regular mechanic that does not charge for a tire rotation

I was told my phone port was probably dirty and that my aux port was totally fine. I tried to explain that it wasn’t my phone and I understood that Monday was really busy, but I sent a video in to the phone number that had been communicating with me. The video shows that it has nothing to do with my phone and that it is the port that must be damaged. I’ll honestly probably just go to a different body shop to fix it.

Your request for my opinion of the employee represents, to me, a lack of trust by you in your employee. When I experience this lack of trust in an employee, it frankly makes me question why I should not lack trust in your organization. Better, in my opinion, to ask my impression of the overall quality of service provided and also then providing space for the following information in this order: 1. Are there any things you particularly liked about your interaction with our organization that you'd like to share with us? 2. What one thing would you think we might improve upon to make your interaction with us better? (Then believe me, if I want to judge your employee as part of my response, you will be the first to know. Holding your employees' feet to the fire as you're currently doing is not very impressive. It's like something you pulled out of a call center manual on how to track every second the employee is on a call instead of going to the restroom. No bueno! - Larry G
