When a customer make makes an appointment they are not told that that is just to check them in and not the start of their appointment time. I sat there for half an hour before my car is actually worked on. To me there should be better communication on behalf of Honda and I will more than likely not be going back to that location

Great customer service. Lilia checked me in quickly but I didn’t feel rushed at all. The service area was very busy but I could tell that she was focused on my issue. When checking out she even helped me with some questions that didn’t apply to the services I was there for. Very happy with my service experience today. I live in HB but had bought my previous car at Honda World so I went there for service for many years until their service department was not so great. That’s when I gave your location a try. Great service department! I’ve even bought a new car at your location because of your service department.

She was very courteous and thorough. I did get annoyed that I said about a noise my car was making and after spending money on a battery, I was told that it was a normal sound. But I guess the car would eventually need the battery replacement. Other than that, great service. Thank you For getting the rental to do a thorough diagnostics.
