I have had Lilia help me three times at Norm Reeves Honda and she always has a great, welcoming attitude. If I wasn’t a broke kid, I would’ve bought the B1 full service just on her helpfulness alone. It was nice of her to also have my car washed and I couldn’t tell if it was ro be complimentary or because I pulled up in the service line and left a bunch of dirt on the drive but I appreciated it nonetheless. She was also kind enough to list the future maintenance as well as the prices for them that I will need on my next visit. I am hopeful Lilia is the one to help me again when I return for my next oil change and full service. See you guys soon!

Jacob was amazing!! I just moved to Huntington Beach a few months ago and this was my first time bringing my car into Norm Reeves and Jacob exceeded my expectations in all ways. He was a pleasure to work with and I feel confident I have a place I can trust to take the best possible care of my S2000. While no one really looks forward to bringing their car into service, I know that in the future, I’ll at least look forward to the customer service experience when I arrive.

I had a horrible experience at Honda World Westminster May 4Th. Then a friend told me to take it to take Norm Reeves, HB.. From the time I drove in & spoke to Service Manager I knew I was in the right place.. I did not want to drop the problem on them because I bought my Certified 2017 Odyssey from Honda World 6 months prior. I told him the story, he never once put Honda World Westminster down or said to take back. He was honest & very sincere, I had them drain & fill transmission fluid. They checked everything to find out what the jerking & jumping was sometimes when I accelerated the gas. I got a call from Jason Ung a couple hours later. Hearing this joyful voice on my voice mail, made me smile. He was happy to tell me good news. Everything was under warranty & I did not have to pay anything. My Van runs better than when I drove it off the lot.....I love the professionalism that Norm Reeves employees have... Thank you all, & Jason Ung thank you for such a great phone message....you now have a client for life....
