The car stayed overnight and the problem was not fixed. The car must not have been driven more than a few blocks if it didn’t happen for the service guy to see. My opinion is that he didn’t understand about electric cars. An electric car needs time to warm up, weather conditions have an impact on the electricity working? Nope. I could understand if it wasn’t electric. The problem exists everyday and at all times and is completely unacceptable. Will be submitting a Consumer report.

Despite my frustrations (and hopefully understandably pissed off attitude) about my A/C not working for the 3rd time, Lilia and norm reeves Honda was very understanding and really thankful they were able to “meet me halfway” and work it out to find a working solution for both parties. They took care of my Uber, gave me a nice discount on the original cost to fix my A/C, and really upheld the customer service standard I’ve been able to experience in the last 5 years of going here. Really helped diminish the “sting” on all these A/C payments and time I had to go into dealership along with months of drive time without a working A/C.

very bad service today I took my car to change some parts of the bumper and they gave me a bad job instead of fixing it they left it worse the car the bumper was badly assembled instead of fixing it the service person called ivette rodriguez no longer wanted go back, remove the bumper to be able to adjust it too, another person came with her a man knows her name and almost got to discuss with me what bad service they give no more, I never go back to that honda reeves from Huntington beach

Last service visit prior to the one today Lilly recommended stuff that was not required and I needed to point out I had purchased tires already through you. Today, Lilly “recommended” $1,700.00 more service than B1. I purchase Ethos service when I purchased the vehicle from your location. I was “sold” that it was service free for as long as as I own the vehicle. I was told today “oh, no that is expired”. Now I get to pull out a contract from years ago. I feel scammed by your dealership.

Very disappointed there were no loaner vehicles available. I was misinformed when I scheduled my appointment and then upon arrival to drop my car I had to take an uber home. Otherwise things were good.
