My problem with my vehicle locking/unlocking was not resolved. I understand that not all problems can be solved initially or immediately. However when I picked up car I was told my car was fixed and all locks were working. Jacob was very informative and helpful and was probably told they were were working. But the inside switch to lock/unlock did not work and the passenger door lock also were not working. I am not upset with Jacob because he must have taken technicians word. When he checked with them they then said they worked intermittently. But why wasn’t that communicated to Jacob? And the larger issue is why did the say locking devices were working when the inside switch clearly didn’t. I think someone dropped the ball there. And that upsets me. Again I came in was told all was fixed paid my bill and yet nothing was. Jacob arranged with me to bring car back on Monday. Still I feel someone wasn’t communicating well with Jacob.
