Benito Torres provided excellent service. I appreciate his initiative to have my battery replaced, at no cost, after the battery failed test. He was proactive to provide me the service that is necessary. I like people like him that does not do “hard sell”. He only offered me the service that is necessary at the moment and was very respectful when I declined the other service that he offered. I really like HB branch. It’s been my 3rd time. I used to go at Norm Reeves Cerritos but their service center team is not as good as their sales team.

I was very much satisfied with Ivette Rodriquez...I pulled up and she was there immediately and took care of me. I also bought wiper blades and she told me to bring them to her and she would make sure they were put on and they were. She was very efficient and does her job excellent!!
One thing I wasn't satisfied with is your appointment procedure...centralized appts...not good. I was 2nd caller and it took 20 minutes before I finalized my appointment. Instead of actually talking to someone at the dealership I want to go to...which has never taken me more than a couple minutes to make my appointment.

Benito is the reason I come to Norm Reeves in Huntington Beach. His customer service is excellent! He is very professional and has a good attitude! I had great customer service in Davis Ca where we bought 2 Honda autos while living in Northern Ca. When we 1st moved to Southern Ca we had service done at another Honda dealership and wasn’t happy with the service which made me come to this Huntington Beach dealership!!

Everything went smoothly. Only one thing that was a bother to me is that I was not offered any way to get back to get my car when it was finished. I came in due to a recall and was told on the phone when I made the appointment that it would take half a day to finish. I obviously chose to go home instead of waiting that long and was offered an Uber then told I’d have to get my own way back. Once I got home, it was no more than an hour till I received a call saying my car was ready for pickup. I had to arrange a ride but if I had known I would have just stayed and waited for my car. To sum it up, because it was a recall, I should have been offered a ride to and from my home because it was not my own fault but Honda’s for the recall.
