Excellent customer service. John Le was great. I made appointment same day, was greeted by John within seconds of arrival. Car was taken into the shop by mechanic almost before I got to John’s desk. I was expecting a 2 hour plus wait so I brought some work from the office to do it seemed like I barely got started and John came and told me the car was done. It’s not like it was a quick take a look at the car and send the guy off. The presenting problem was diagnosed fixed as well as a couple of other issues were addressed and taken care of. Very good team work! Made me feel good about my purchase at Norm Reeves as well as ongoing service there! Thank You

Benito was very helpful, friendly and had my car on a lift within a few minutes. I knew what the problem was immediately. He showed me where the car was leaking oil and then went over the project cost unless there were other unknown problems. He also arrange for an Uber to take me back to work.
