First I want to say Lilly was very nice and so professional. She does a great job. The reason I'm not satisfied is because 2 days after my oil change, transmission service and "inspection" I started having problems. My car has been driving fine. I service my car regularly and drive less than 10k a year. I never got a warning light or any indication something wasn't right until I brought it in for service. This is my 3rd Honda but the only one I've had longer than 3 yrs because I usually lease. I don't believe I will get another Honda. I have been looking at Pilots but now I'm concerned that after 50k miles things go wrong. ???????????

Jacob was Awesome!! He was really nice! And took care of my car for an oil change really quick. I used to have a Mazda and would spend hours at their place to get my Mazda fixed. Honda is so much better I’m happy I bought a Honda.

One major complaint is that one of my driver side rear lug nuts was completely loose after receiving service at Norm Reeves HB. Luckily I was able to take it to a third party service and have them fix that for free. I am disappointed that each time I come to Honda I do not feel truly appreciated as a customer, rather as a sucker to be squeezed out of as much money as I can be. Services Viviana tried to offer like “tire balancing” are free at other locations and she wanted to charge me an additional $45 for that “service.” I do think your customer service representatives can help us consumers by sharing coupons. I found a $35 coupon on my own time and Viviana seemed annoyed I had shown it to her. Lastly, I don’t appreciate Norm Reeves HB calling me after I paid $300+ on service for my car asking me if I want sell my vehicle because they are interested in older Honda’s//if I want a new car. I felt disrespected after paying a large sum of money on my current vehicle. It once again validated that Honda only cares about my money.
