I was very nervous coming to my appointment at this location after all the issues I've had encountered with my last visit. From the beginning, Lilia has been attentive and very patient with all of my concerns and took a lot of time ensuring that I felt taken care of. She is someone who was able to regain my trust at this location and I will only come to this location as long as I can get Lilia to take care of me. She should be commended and recognized for being such a caring and attentive individual who really goes above and beyond for her clients. I wanted to thank Lilia for everything yesterday. I can now drive with ease knowing my car has been taken care of.

I experienced great customer service and excellent vehicle service. One thing I would recommend is more outdoor seating for your customers waiting for their vehicles to be serviced. Especially during these times of increased covid 19 infections in our county and our state of California. I saw many of your customers sitting on the concrete outside of your service area. As well as hoovering around building entrances. I think this would make things safer.
