I like that he has the patience to explain things I might not understand. I also appreciate how easy it is to make an appointment at the date/time that works for me. I was not allowed to benefit from the $25.00 off for $125.00 of service coupon. That’s just “bait & switch”. I plan to write a negative review on Yelp. Shame on such a huge dealership. I liked Benito Torres but he gave me a bunch of “jive” equivalent to bulls@&*# regarding coupon.
Last, you NEED to have a recorded message asking customers to WEAR a mask! If someone is talking loud on their mobile phone they MUST go outside of customer waiting lounge.

Llvet did wonderfully. No problem with her service. My issue was with the customer service representative on the phone. I don’t remember his name unfortunately (for updating him more than anything) but on the phone he said the Huntington Beach location was open until 7pm and that the service fee was only $20 to get a new key. However I got there just before 6pm as they were closing. They couldn’t help me that day, charged almost double what I was expecting, and caused me to walk home at night all because of one phone call. I understand in these times hours fluctuate and I called close to closing time, but attentive and accurate information should be given at all times. Hence the customer service line
