I am still waiting for a manager to contact me reference money missing from my car. I reported it to John Le immediately. I have reached out to him again since. His last correspondence was insulting. I asked him to have a manager call me. I’m still waiting. Since I have not received cooperation from management, I have filed a police report. I will also contact the Better Business Bureau and take to social media and review sites. This is unacceptable.

My wife and I have been customers with norm reeves HB since 1999.
We have purchased 4 vehicles and have had you service them as well.
I came in to get an oil change.
First problem is I have to show you a competitors coupon to get the best price. Why don’t you offer that price in the first place?
Second, I mentioned that I wanted the suspension checked out. Simply drive it around the block. I was told I would have to pay a diagnostic fee since the vehicle is out of warranty. That’s BS, don’t you want my business if there’s something wrong? How hard is it to drive the freaking vehicle around. Aren’t you already driving it around your lot? Just go out in the streets for gods sake.
Thirdly, when my wife picked up the vehicle she’d was told the brake fluid is low. I already know that the brake fluid level is at half way between max and min. It’s not low, it’s just not at max.. low Is when it’s at or below minimum. How about instead of even wasting your time to communicate and remember among your team you simple adjust the brake fluid level w the 2 ounces it needs. I know you have plenty of unaccounted excess fluid hanging around from the jobs you didn’t use and was already paid for.
I’m tired of coming to your shop and being nickel and dimes to death. I’m tired of being treated like just another lame **** customer coming thru this whatever dealership. How about you all start treating customers like you actually care about us. Treat us like family or a friend. Don’t stick us with your dry rules of diagnostic fees and oh I have to charge you for any little thing. You’ll get a lot more out of a service sale by being genuine and respectful.
Would it hurt your team members to smile?
It maybe time for a clean rotation of your staff and management. Get some people in there with some excitement and motivation.
