I brought my car in for routine maintenance. All I had done was an oil change, tire rotation and replacing the air filters. I was there for 3 hours!! I was told it was because you were very busy but I made an appointment purposely so I wouldn’t have to wait that long.. the waiting room cleared out and I was still there. There was no reason to have me wait 3 hours for a simple maintenance job no matter how busy you were.
