Lilia was very nice the the service just right but the dealership is not following the state mandated mask order. I didn’t feel safe taking my car there. When I brought it up to their attention they showed me where I could sit outside instead of the 2 maskless men. I spoke to the service manager who was very nice about everything but it didn’t make me feel any better about my time with NR Superstore. After buying 3 cars and only getting them serviced there, I probably won’t be back.

My air bag had a recall. I didn't realize until the next day my steering wheel is making a noise. Sounds like plastic moving against plastic as if it wasn't put together right. I will need to be looked at.

On 11/20/20 John Le provided excellent customer service Re my 2019 HR-V . He listened to my concerns about the vehicle and addressed them. John is very personable, great personality, knowledgeable of his job, sharp, alert, quick and appears to be an honest person. My last car (one of about 71 cars) I owned for 14 yrs. I was fortunate to have met a service rep I trusted for about 12 yrs (not Honda). Hope to continue to have the same experience with John Le at your dealership.

The only reason I drive almost 30 miles to Norm Reeves Honda is for the kind, honest, service Benito provides. I do not normally answer surveys but without Benito here I would not consider buying cars @ NR (3 cars so far).

Jacob Wu is a friendly, patient, professional, who went out of hi a way, to find a car part that was not available at your center. Instead of just waiting for the part to arrive he personally checked around town (found at Costa Mesa store), and picked up the part himself, so that we were able to pick up our car within a few hours. Your Store should be grateful, especially during a trying period for everyone, to have someone so valuable in people and professional skills. As a professional myself, (MD), I recognize young people like Jacob Wu, and appreciate the extended help they provide.
