I am very frustrated with your system though. Getting the invoice link to pay is hit and miss. Sometimes I’m able to access the electronic invoice to download and sometimes not. I prefer emails not texts but even that’s inconsistent.
This has been a challenge for many years.

Delano was great. However, I was very disappointed in Norm Reeves Honda’s handling of my service. I purchased tires there 6 months ago. I was told when I brought my car in all 4 of my valve stems were cracking and needed to be replaced. The cost was 175$, mostly in labor charges. I declined. I’m very disappointed I have done all my service with you and was assuming you would be taking care of my car to assure it was safe. I should not have had to have anything done involving tires 6 months after purchasing them. I have bought cars from you in the past but don’t plan on using Norm Reeves for service or when I’m ready to get a new car. Delano did a good job and his service was good.

Im dissatisfied with America Honda
denying a loaner car or rental car on the white falty paint for Honda 2018 in which your consumers has a classic lawsuite since Honda will not make good of there quality of workman's ship. If Honda has a recall then Honda should honor ???? customer satisfaction and all cost are covered by Honda not the customers that was told that there claim was denied by American Honda as paint job for the recall the car rental is not covered .Now Honda is making the customers have a hardship to pay for something out of there control. I would like to be paid to be on the Air so I can have Honda America pay for the loaner car and my mom cancer treatment. I'm disappointed on the lack of concer that America Honda has on customers satisfaction.
