Worse experience since I started going there for my car service. I waited 3 Hours!!! Just for a regular oil change even when I had made an appointment ahead of time!! It was frustrating because I didn't know that the lady (Vivian) who took my info, was out to lunch and I was looking for her and there was this guy who seemed busy doing something else on his computer so I had to wait. He said 15 minutes but I still waited past those 15 minutes. It was a bad experience, this will make me think twice before I go back there.
