I had a very simple issue - a brake lamp bulb that needed replaced. Benito Torres, my favorite & regular rep got in a reasonable time when the service department was terribly busy. This, like all omy experience keeps me coming back to Norm Reeves Honda for the past 20+ years.

Service rep was great. I was disappointed to find a bolt head broken off on my engine air filter housing which was inspected during my visit today and now I cannot open the housing to change my air filter. My air filter was pictured on my receipt so I know they were opened it and removed the filter for inspection and must have broken it when putting it back….. disappointed that it happened, but more disappointed that no one told me and they didn’t fix it either. ****-****-xxxx Eric S
