Went to get my new Honda Civic 2024 to get an oil change, my tires rotated and hade a recall part on the car. I get my car back to find that it’s now making a loud ticking noise. I go back to get it fixed. Took all day so I couldn’t get the car and I come back on Sunday only to find out they are close and no one has access to the keys. I’ve been to Cerritos Honda 4 times this week and it has been one of the biggest inconveniences.

Could not give me a straight answer as to why it took nearly 5 hours to get my car back for a simple oil change. He told me my appointment was only a time to make sure I get “in”. Dozens of people came in after me and left before me was not sympathetic about the time that I had to wait. Horrible service from him and Honda as a whole. Am never going back.

The only issue I have is that everytime I go for an oil change, I am told more things need to get done to the car and the prices are very high. Yesterday the total was $380 for a simply oil change.

Javier didn’t address our concerns.when we picked up the car we did not see anything on the receipt or notes about the "no network connectivity" issue. The alert is still displayed on the screen. This has been an on going issue. We brought it to his attention.

I wasn’t informed that three tasks they were not able to preform due to the items not in stock. Although this is understandable, I wasn’t informed which caused confusion. My car was completed before the estimated time so I called to get clarification. No return call so I called again. A simple call or text would have avoided this. Also I made an appointment to perform these tasks and was informed I will receive a email confirmation. Still haven’t received it.

I am happy with Julie helping me, but, the service site provided me with a document passing my car for inspection for my windshield wiper fluid pump saying it works when it doesn’t. I spent a lot of money on repairs and expressed this was an issue, I mean I have an appointment on your system for that reason. I left the lot thinking they repaired everything or if there were repairs needed, they would call to verify to fix it. I am upset to see they passed it as functioning when it wasn’t working at all.
