Anthony was fantastic! After trying to contact my local honda dealership with no response, I contacted Cerritos honda where I originally purchased the car. I was initially just coming into drop off for a Monday service appointment but Anthony checked and saw there was a part in stock and said the service could be done same day. He was curious, efficient and extremely helpful! I also would like to say Whitter honda has lost a customer and Cerritos Honda has regained one even not being my local dealership anymore. I would rather drive the 15miles for better service specialists and mechanics like Anthony Ortiz and Erik Cajal who go the extra mile. Like finding an oil leak after I just had $2000 worth of service at Whitter and didn't find it. Thank you to Anthony and Erik for making my Saturday so easy and getting me my car back so quickly! I am definitely going to reccomend Cerritos Honda and Anthony in particular to anyone I know who has a honda! Thank you again sooo much!

Took my vehicle in for a simple service and damaged the oil drain plug stripped the theads. Very sad to see you take your vehicle to professionals and instead of having professional service you get very poor service and don't stand behind their mistakes. Service advisor was one of the worse people I have ever dealt with. I worked at a Ford dealership as a senior master technician. We took pride in hat e did. I guess it as happens when a dealership hires a bunch of kids that get paid minimum wage. They just don't care. I will never return to your facility and never recommend it to anybody. This will also be all over social media!!!!!!
