Juan was very professional, kind and he cared. We had terrible experience at another dealership in Torrance. So we came back to norm reeves although a little drive away.
Juan listened to what I had to say very carefully and made sure that our car was taken care of. We took our car to another Honda dealership 3 times for the same issue and still not fixed after spending around 1500. Juan made sure that we didn’t have that experience at Norm Reeves.
You don’t have to do extraordinary things to keep your customer happy, Juan proved it by being professional, empathetic, kind and knowledgeable.
