The wait time is not acceptable. This happened once before, I was told two n half hours but after two n half hours they tell me they're behind n it will take longer. I waited a total of 5 hours.

After bringing an issue of a glove compartment damaged during my previous car submittal I was told that I would still have to partially pay for the repair. I find this resolution highly unsatisfactory. Had I damaged my own glove compartment I would have paid in full for the repair as I have with previous problems and with other cars. Even if whoever damaged it on your property would have simply used the regular key submitted during repair they could have just opened it and found, (shockingly enough) gloves and the owner’s manual. It is simply the principle of the matter. We only use norm reeves Honda for purchasing and service. It was damaged there. I would like for it to be fixed there.
