completely dissatisfied. I got there at 8:00 a:m the time of my appointment and I left at 2:30. I feel it was so unnecessary to take all that time just for brakes and transmission fluid, then I got the bill and charged me $600:00 for labor, really!, I feel mad dissatisfied and I don't plan to do business at that dealership.

Good service, thank you. The only thing I didn’t like was when my car was ready to leave, there were oily hand smudges on the door handle (inside and outside), the frame of the driver side door, steering wheel, and Park and Drive buttons. I went inside to ask for a towel to wipe it down because there were no more disinfectant wipes outside.

Have no problem with Cabrera, but when he left I was told to find my car in the lot which took me a few minutes. The guy did try to find out what was wrong with my car, but he was not able to. I had to call 4 times to get an oil change and had to remind him again a hour before I picked my car up. I was also not told my first oil change was free and was prepared to pay. I was also angry my gas was empty when I live 25 miles away, so had to find a gas station right away literally the light told me to get gas. I had more than half a tank when I checked in.
Also after analyzing my car so many times I am surprised I am not offered a lemon law trade in. I guess I will keep the paperwork and go two more times and hope you can find what is wrong because I am not getting any answers and I have no choice but consult a lawyer. Also I use my car to run errands and work if I cannot even get a warranty rental not only am I losing money I also cannot survive.
