First off this was my only vehicle and the dealership scraped all amenities including dropoff so I was stuck at my sisters house until 530pm and had to rely on my elderly dad for pickup at 9:45 am, and then afterwards being told there was nothing wrong with my car when it randomly shut down three times at a stop sign in the course of two months. My guess is that since there is so many electrical sensors inside it stressed the battery, and the car was stuck in the dealership so the alternator could not charge the battery properly. Not only that I am stuck with one key and there is no eta when I will receive the second one.

I had an appointment for service that I scheduled last week. I had to pay Lyft $42.69 because Norm Reeves is not providing shuttle service. Also, my vehicle was at your facility all day. I heard another service provider share with a customer that a loaner car was available to them. Why was that service not extended to me since I had a recall that would take all day to repair. The service receipt states that my car was inspected at 1:26pm. I requested an update on the service of my vehicle at 2:28pm and did not receive a response until 3:14pm. My experience at Norm Reeves was disappointing and in the future I will explore service at another location.

I received a text message that my vehicle was completed. But, I also saw that there some recommendations to replace wipers and alignment. I responded that the to automated system to have those services complete. I callback, but it appear that my service advisor was assisting someone else. So I asked the service department operator if I respond to the virtual automated service should I wait till i receive a call, she suggest wait an hour then come over to pickup your vehicle. When I arrived to spoke with the advisor and asked if the those service had been completed, she responded that she then check her messages and that my wife declined any additional services. I didn’t make fuss but I recalled my wife informing me that she told the advisor to reach out if there was any service to needed. At that point the advisor suggested I buy the wipers blade from the service department and she would have one of the technician install it. Also, my car didn’t get washed, disappointing.

Did not take care of BOTH recalls the first time we took our CRV in. Now the registration tags are overdue and the DMV is sending us letters about the car being put on PNO which means it could be impounded if driven. We took the paperwork in today and not only did Honda say it’ll take 90 days to process the paperwork… but they wanted to charge my wife $300+ for maintenance on a car that she can’t technically drive because Honda didn’t properly handle the recall weeks ago. I have never experienced this level of incompetence from a car company before and once I sell this defective CRV my family and I will not be purchasing from Honda ever again. I had to pay an extra $200+ dollars for the registration as well since Honda didn’t have parts for the recall during the time the tags were due, and for some reason, the DMV did not accept the payment until the FIRST recall was handled.
