I was there to put on a sealant around doors & locks. I had an appt for 9;40 & arrived at 9:35. When u took the car it was 9:50 & I was told it would take 1 1/2 hrs. At 12:30 I went to a service tech & explained I was told 1 1/2 hrs & it is now 2 1/2 hrs. I was told he would check but no one ever came back to let me know. Then at 1:30 I went to a service tech & said it has been 3 1/2 hrs & I want my car now whether finished or not. Finally received the completed car 10 minutes later. I have a free oil change from you but I will not be returning to your service dept. I will go to Whittier or Puente Hills thank you

Mr Navarro was very nice and accommodating. Check my tires to see if I needed new ones. Told me I needed a fuel filter so had mechanic do that before I left. I received a call that my car was ready was ready. But there was a message on my car that would not go away. The message stated to start the car, it should take 10 minutes. It ended up taking an hour. It didn’t help that I had to pay $50. I would appreciate if I got the $50 co- pay back for the inconvenience. Thank you

I had a 7:20 a.m. appointment it looks like I was about number seven on your list and it looks to be my car did not make it up on the rack until about 8:15 not sure why it takes so long to do that process but I really feel sorry for all the people behind me. From my understanding the mechanics aren't even working at that time
