I had called Service Supervisor Juan to see if I can bring my car to look at in the afternoon yesterday. He was very helpful on helping me of letting me bring the car in to get look at and getting it fix as possible. I am glad that I was able to bring the car to get looked at and get it fix. Now my car is running better without much problem. Thank you!

I made the appointment to have the oil changed and a replacement key made. The oil was changed, then I was told that even though I had an appointment to have the key made they didn’t have the key. No one told me this until after the oil was changed. I got a very rude attitude from the person assigned to my service appointment. I was told that it’s not their job to make sure the key was in stock. No apology was given, just the rude attitude that it’s not his job to make sure everything is done to help me out. I drove away and had to drive back to the service center. The person that changed the oil didn’t clear out the maintenance message. So I had to wait for someone to come outside to my car to clear out the message. Again I was given a very rude attitude and told I need to learn to clear out this message on my own. Great and amazing customer service from the Service Center at Norm Reeves.
