I have been trying to speak to a service manager and have not been able too. I keep being transferred around and put on hold. I took my car for an oil change and a mechanic there that checked my engine air filter, broke off the bolt that holds down the cover.

He didn't offer me a 10% discount that other advisors always given to me. Cos my loyalty to Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos since 2005. PS. Also I bought a battery for my 2005 Honda Civic and you didn't have in stock in the Parts department so I had to pick it up in other Honda dealer.
