I believe the mechanic miss diagnosed my vehicle and clearly made a false statement on the report. Upon speaking to the personnel and manager they both agreed the mechanic incorrectly wrote misleading statements on the report and compromising the integrity of his work. I don't trust the mechanic or the manager as I requested the statements to be redaticted. I now have false statements on my vehicle report. I am more then dissatisfied with my experience.
