I left Ramiro a voicemail last Saturday. I didn’t think he would call back so soon, but he did that same day. I explained the situation and scheduled me in for today 7/16/2021. He greeted me with a friendly fist-bump and asked how I’ve been. I left the vehicle prepared to leave it till Monday but they were able to identify the issue and get the impacted condenser replaced under the extended warranty. My vehicle was ready by 11am. Thankful to have gotten the car back sooner, with the issue resolved and can now enjoy the AC again which is much needed during the summer. Cheers!

I was sent home from my first appointment because they didn’t have the part to fix the recall. When I arrived for the second appointment I was told again that they didn’t have the part, even though I had spoken with someone the day before who assured me the part was available. Once an appointment for a recall has been made the part needed should be reserved to avoid wasting the customer’s time.

Steve was wonderful and very helpful, however, my Bluetooth reception is not clear and hasn't been for about 2 years now. That feature was one of the major reasons I purchased the car. Now, I cannot talk on it if I am driving over 60 mph. Other than that, the service I received was excellent.
