Rick Badillo was so kind and very respectful. That on one of their busiest days. He took my car in. And found the problem. My right front tire had a puncher.
Rick estimate my wait time. Which was timed perfectly.
I even had the time to order a new sunshade for my suv.
One flaw. Out of Rick Badillo hands. I saw the young man drive my suv to the parking spot. That my car was done. Ready for pickup. Not too many suv with handicap plates. I had to wait 18 minutes. Before Rick Badillo told me. My car was ready.
Honda needs to get the paperwork faster to The Service Advisor.
