Very disappointed with the person who was supposed to help me out, when he called me;
I asked him if speak Spanish, he said No, but he told me that someone else will call me back,I waited about 2 hours, but nobody called me.
I decided to call, and was told that this guy Speaks Spanish,that he was busy at that time but he will call me back in 15 minutes. He never called me back I just received a message that my car was ready. I wanted to speak with him because
When I bought the car they told me that in the first service they were going to replace a damaged bulb. I just wanted to make sure they will work on it. They only did the oil changed, because this person never called me back.

I would like a call from someone in management. I have called and left so many messages for the person who was helping me with my car and I am left with a car that now struggles to turn on, and someone who will not return my calls. I am so disappointed at how this has been handled. The amount of times I have called with the only thing people can say “only Bryan can help you out since he was handling your car”. I can’t get a hold of him! I am now going to record every time I start my car so you guys can hear the issue is. I will never take my car here again and will advise other not to as well. Such a big company with a great reputation has really fallen short in this case when my car was asked to be brought in for a recall.

I asked about the cost of getting a new set of tires and if there were any deals during my oil change. I was told that I would be given an estimate after an hour and could decide if I wanted the tires then. This never happened, and I only got a notification when the car was ready. The rest of the service was fine and timely.
