My fuel door will not open and the vehicle cannot be refuelled, but it has low fuel because I was told the recall on the fuel pump required little fuel in the tank. This puts me and my family in a very dangerous situation because the vehicle could run out of fuel on the freeway and could result in an accident. I need an immediate callback and to have this new problem fixed.
