Day 2 car still there o.k. but did not receive a update so i began calling at 10:30 am was transfered to a service advisor they ate all busy mail bix full so i called the next few hrs.Finally Madison was the only one to be helpful. Stated car done she went out of her way to help.One guy who answered the appointment scheduling didn't ask my name just transfeted me to advisor and again no one to talk to.You get so mad and frustrated why can't someone call you or be available to help
When you need questions answered.I never had this trouble with BMW and i bought 3 cars from Crevier.I bought a honda as i wanted to retire early and i paid it in full the day i drove off the lot.

Norm Reeves Honda is very immoral company
They scratched my car second time after service
They showed me the screenshot of the scratch on my passenger side hood at 9:44am Thursday (7/1/2021)
but I checked in at 8:43am same day so during this 59 min they left scratched on my hood and tried to avoid the responsibility
by showing one hour delayed screenshot
Their managers and employees are EXTREMELY hard to get a hold of over the phone
They NEVER return customers calls nor respond unless customers physically go into the office and this is very time consuming for us
